The use of the spa facilities and treatments is an extra charge that we do ask is booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

We ask also that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your treatment for consultation and preparation.

Do note that we require 5 day's notice to cancel your treatment to avoid being charged in full for the treatment you had booked. Non-arrival will result in the treatment charge being non refundable.

Please note we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings when using our facilities.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS It is a prerequisite that we are informed of any medical conditions and/or allergies prior to your visit. A doctor’s note will be required to proceed with your treatment.
